  37. I think it's in the Turbo+ extension:

  39. where Y is the position of the raster beam (I think that's what you
  40. call it - the beam that zips around the screen updating it) so by
  41. waiting until that is at a certain pos you can wait between 0-Vbl. Of
  42. course I'm probably wrong on this or confusing it with something else
  43. but it's early in the morning - you understand!
